RENTAL PRICING & FUEL POLICY
1. Hourly rentals are charged at $35 per hour, per cart, based on the reserved rental period.
2. Full-day rentals are charged at a flat rate of $145 per cart. Customers may select pickup and return times within operating hours during booking. Selected reservation times are operationally binding and must be followed.
3. Fuel is included for normal recreational use within the Isabela area and neighboring towns, including standard leisure driving associated with beaches, restaurants, sightseeing, and nearby attractions.
4. Excessive, abnormal, prolonged, commercial, or unusually high fuel consumption or vehicle usage may result in additional fuel or usage charges at management discretion. Management reserves the right to determine excessive usage based on rental duration, distance traveled, operating area, and overall vehicle operation.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
1. $200 refundable deposit per cart
2. Deposit will be refunded after inspection
3. The security deposit may be used to cover, including but not limited to: damages, cleaning fees, late returns, violations, towing, loss of use, excessive fuel consumption, and any other charges incurred during the rental period.
4. If damages exceed the deposit, renter agrees to pay remaining balance
5. Refunds of the security deposit are typically processed within 3–5 business days after the golf cart is returned and inspected, and will be issued to the original payment method.
6. The Primary Renter acknowledges and agrees that any security deposit paid for the reservation, regardless of the name on the payment method, may be used to cover damages, late fees, violations, or any other charges incurred during the rental period. The Primary Renter authorizes Golf Carts of Isabela to apply the security deposit toward any outstanding balance associated with the rental.

LATE RETURN POLICY
1. All rentals must be returned at the selected reservation return time. Selected reservation times are operationally binding and must be followed.
2. A short grace period may be permitted at management discretion; however, repeated, excessive, or unauthorized delays are not permitted.
3. For All Day Adventure Cruise and Moonlight Cruise reservations, late returns may result in additional charges, including but not limited to:
* 16–30 minutes late: $25 late fee
* 31–60 minutes late: $50 late fee
4. For Hourly Cruise Rentals, late returns may result in the following additional charges:
* 16–30 minutes late: $20 late fee
* 31–60 minutes late: $35 late fee
* Each additional hour or portion thereof: additional $35 hourly charge
5. Returns exceeding 60 minutes past the scheduled return time may result in additional hourly charges, full-day rental charges, overnight fees, recovery fees, loss-of-business charges, cancellation impacts, or other operational damages caused by the delayed return.
6. Unauthorized extensions or continued operation of the golf cart beyond the approved rental period without prior authorization may be considered unauthorized use.
7. Failure to return the golf cart may result in additional charges, cancellation of future reservations, recovery actions, legal action, reporting to authorities, or other remedies permitted by law.
8. Golf Carts of Isabela reserves the right to determine all late return charges and operational damages based on scheduling conflicts, staffing requirements, vehicle availability, business interruption, and overall operational impact.

WEATHER & CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance may receive a full refund at management discretion.
2. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable and may result in forfeiture of rental fees and/or deposit.
3. If Golf Carts of Isabela is unable to honor a reservation due to severe weather, natural disasters, unsafe operating conditions, or other operational safety concerns, customers may receive a full refund of the security deposit or may reschedule based on availability.
4. Voluntary cancellations due to unfavorable or undesirable weather conditions that do not prevent normal rental operations may be eligible for a partial refund or rescheduling at management discretion.
5. All refunds, credits, and rescheduling decisions are issued at the sole discretion of Golf Carts of Isabela.

VEHICLE PICKUP AND PARKING POLICY
• The pickup location is reserved exclusively for golf cart pickup and return operations.
• Guests may not leave personal vehicles parked inside or outside the property during the rental period unless temporarily present for active pickup or drop-off.
• We kindly ask all guests to arrange alternative parking or transportation accommodations prior to arrival.
• Customer pickup only - delivery service not available.

AUTHORIZED DRIVER PER CART
• Each rented cart must have one designated authorized driver assigned at the time of rental. This designated driver is included at no additional cost and is responsible for that specific cart.
• Any additional drivers beyond the designated driver must be approved, registered, and are subject to additional fees.
